To confirm and secure all appointments, clients are required to make an advance payment before their booking can be finalized.

Your booking is only considered confirmed after the required advance payment has been verified by Black & Bold.
Appointments are only confirmed after payment verification.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or after service completion.
Clients are advised to arrive on time for their appointments to avoid delays or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.
